Hundreds of people attended the eleventh TASTE OF HOPE benefit  for the American Cancer Society.
Sixty-five vendors contributed mouth-watering "tastes", in bite-sized hors d'oeuvres, wines and desserts. Everyone was thrilled with the wonderful food and wine choices, and so many to choose from, it was difficult to eat everything.
Jean Shafiroff, a sponsor of the event has written a book "Successful Philanthropy" and sits on
numerous charities and boards, helping women, children and animals. She has expertise with a BS in physical therapy, as well as an MBA. Jamie Koff joins her as chair for the event.
The emcee of the evening was Chris Bragg of CBS  and Richard Kind,Drama Desk Award Winner  . and actor in  film and television.

Both chefs- ,David Burke, was the culinary  honoree  and Drew Nieporent was the corporate honoree.
Both men received shinny frying pans.
A silent auction added excitement to the savory, sweets and sips of the fantastic evening
