SAD and ANGRY.....COLLISION AT REAGAN INT. AIRPORT..... Why are training helicopters heading straight towards a functional airport at all????

There are so many directions to go....lets start with the opposite direction where there is NO AIRPORT..

There is North South East West ...THEN there is Northeast, Northwest, Southeast Southwest and everything in between.

It is stated that "one goes, one comes," every minute as we see in the video...

Why is the helicopter heading crossing the paths of those planes at all??? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY??????????????????????????????— feeling unhappy.
